Privacy Policy

This Policy explains what personal data the veritasimmigration.com website collects, why we use it, who we may share it with and what rights you have. We collect only the data we need to contact you and help with your request.

Effective date: September 28, 2026.

1. Who processes your data

The website operator is Veritas Immigration (“we”).
Address: 30 N Gould St #65730, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.
Email for personal data questions: info@veritasimmigration.com.
Phone: 307-410-1854.

2. What data we collect

Data you provide

  • “Consultation request” form: full name, phone, email, the program you are interested in and the text of your message.
  • Chances assessment (quiz): your answers (field of work, education, experience, achievements, current status in the US, goals), as well as your name, phone, email and preferred contact method if you leave your details.
  • Correspondence: data you send us by email, messengers or Instagram.

Please do not send passport numbers, financial details or other sensitive documents through the website forms. We request such documents separately, through secure channels, and only when needed to work on a case.

Technical data

  • IP address and technical information about your browser — to protect forms from spam and abuse (for example, limiting the number of requests from one address).
  • Essential WordPress cookies required for the website to work.
  • Temporary storage of your quiz answers in your browser (sessionStorage) so you don’t lose progress if you reload the page. This data is deleted after you submit the form or close the tab.

If we add analytics or advertising tools to the website (for example, Google Analytics or Meta Pixel), we will update this Policy and describe what data they collect.

3. Why we use data

  • to contact you about your request and hold a consultation;
  • to prepare a preliminary assessment of your profile and suggest possible paths;
  • to keep records of requests and provide services if you become our client;
  • to protect the website from spam and abuse;
  • to comply with legal requirements.

We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for their marketing.

4. Who we may share data with

To run the website and process requests, we use reliable service providers that process data on our behalf:

  • hosting provider — storage of the website and the request database;
  • amoCRM (Kommo) — the CRM system in which we keep records of requests;
  • email service — receiving notifications about new requests and corresponding with you;
  • Google Fonts — loading the website fonts (Google may receive your IP address).

If you become our client and consent to it, we may share the necessary data with partners involved in your case (for example, translators or a licensed immigration attorney). We may also disclose data if required by law.

Some providers may process data outside your country, including in the US and the EU.

5. How long we keep data

  • Requests that did not lead to cooperation — up to 3 years from the last contact, after which we delete or anonymize them.
  • Client data — for the duration of our cooperation and for the periods required to fulfill our obligations and legal requirements.
  • You can ask us to delete your data earlier — see section 7.

6. How we protect data

The website uses a secure HTTPS connection. Only employees who need it for their work have access to requests. We use spam protection and restrict access to administrative tools. However, no method of transmitting or storing data on the internet is completely secure.

7. Your rights

At any time you can:

  • find out what data we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct inaccurate data;
  • ask us to delete your data;
  • withdraw your consent to processing and opt out of further contact;
  • restrict or object to processing where the law of your country provides for it;
  • file a complaint with the data protection authority of your country.

To do so, write to us at info@veritasimmigration.com. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Children

The website is not intended for persons under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data. We process information about clients’ children only with parental permission and only as part of work on a case.

9. Links to other websites

The website may contain links to other resources (for example, uscis.gov or Instagram). We are not responsible for their privacy policies.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy. The current version is always available on this page, and the effective date is shown at the top.

Veritas Immigration is a consulting company and not a law firm. If you have questions about this Policy, write to info@veritasimmigration.com.
