Learn moreUS green card · end-to-end guidance
We help professionals, entrepreneurs and investors from Ukraine obtain a US green card: we choose the optimal path, build a compelling case and stay with you until the final decision — not just until the petition is filed.
About Veritas Immigration
Veritas Immigration is a team that guides US immigration cases from the first profile assessment to receiving the green card. We work with Ukrainians who have significant professional achievements, entrepreneurial experience or investment potential.
We assess your profile, identify the most relevant immigration categories and develop an individual strategy. We analyze and structure the evidence, find the strengths and gaps of the case, build a PR strategy and professional positioning — and stay with you after the petition is filed: until the final decision and the green card.
A realistic assessment of your chances and the category that best fits your profile and goals.
Systematic work with evidence: what you already have, what is missing and how to present it convincingly.
A PR strategy and professional visibility that strengthen your case in the eyes of a USCIS officer.

How we work
We don’t stop at filing the petition. About 5 months go into building strong evidence and preparing the case — and after that we stay with you until the final decision.
Free
We get to know your situation and goals, answer your questions and explain how we work.
$200 · credited toward the case fee
An immigration expert analyzes your profile in detail and assesses the strength of your evidence and the prospects of your case. The diagnostics fee is fully credited toward the case fee.
≈ 1 week
We develop a PR strategy and an individual plan to strengthen your case and present them to you. Once you approve, we start writing the petition.
≈ 2 months
We build your evidence: public visibility, professional associations, awards, judging and expert activity.
≈ 2 months
We finalize the petition and all materials — and the case goes to USCIS for filing.
After filing · until the green card
We track your case status, explain every USCIS notice, prepare the response to an RFE, guide you through adjustment of status (I-485) or consular processing and prepare you for the interview.
Processing times at USCIS or the consulate depend on the category, but we keep supporting you the whole time. Government fees are paid separately; attorney representation (G-28) is available only at your request and is also paid separately.
Case strengthening
As we work, we build an evidence package that convincingly demonstrates your professional level and impact in your field.
PR is our strength. Every campaign is built individually — none of our clients has ever received the same or templated PR.
Articles about you and your work in professional and industry publications.
Membership in associations that confirms your level in the field.
Professional awards that document recognition of your achievements.
Evaluating the work of other professionals, expert activity.
Letters from experts confirming your impact and contribution.
Documents that strengthen your professional profile specifically in your category.
Why Veritas
We talk about real chances instead of promising guaranteed results. If a case is still weak, we tell you exactly what needs strengthening.
No templates: every case is built around your specific achievements, field and goals.
We work with the details — they are what separate a compelling petition from a mediocre one.
We understand your professional journey and help “translate” it into the language the US immigration system understands.
Questions & answers

No. Decisions on petitions are made solely by USCIS, and no one can honestly guarantee the outcome. Our job is to make your case as strong as possible: choose the right category, gather strong evidence and present it convincingly.
We keep working with you until the final decision: we track your case status, explain USCIS notices, prepare the response to a Request for Evidence (RFE), guide you through adjustment of status in the US (I-485) or consular processing and prepare you for the interview. This support is included in the case price. USCIS government fees are paid separately, and representation by a licensed partner attorney (G-28) is arranged only at your request and for a separate fee.
No. Veritas Immigration is a consulting company. We do not provide legal services or represent clients before government agencies. At the same time, we work closely with licensed US immigration attorneys: if your case needs official representation, we will connect you with a trusted partner attorney who will represent you via Form G-28, while we continue to manage the whole process.
For EB-1A and EB-2 NIW — no, these are self-petitions. EB-2 / EB-3 through an employer and EB-1C do require a US employer.
Yes. EB-1A and EB-2 NIW petitions can be filed from outside the US. In that case, the final stage goes through a US consulate (Consular Processing).
It depends on the category, how ready your evidence is, visa backlogs (Visa Bulletin) and your country of birth. Premium Processing, which shortens petition review, is available for some categories. We estimate a timeline after the initial assessment.
